This is included in the price of the HFS. The buoyancy of the water and a controlled temperature make the HFS perfect for a variety of fitness exercises.

You can exercise in place against a gentle flow, use a kickboard or use the Aquatic Exercise equipment. With the flow off, you can experience the benefits of resistance training and a range of motion exercises. Stainless steel grab handles help facilitate your workout.

Family Exercise & Garden Fun

You can get fit while your children or grandchildren play in safe water, and all this can be enjoyed without the environmental costs of old fashioned pools. At night your HFS provides a multi-coloured light show with LED illuminated water. The high specification is complimented with stainless steel jet trim, grab rail and exercise kit, all included in the price. A stereo sound system is available as an optional extra so you can be entertained via the CD, iPod/MP3 or FM Radio system while you train or unwind.

Standing Spa Cove Massage

Four Aqua Flow Jets produce an exercise stream to train against; two 'Spa Wrap' total hydrotherapy seats; a controllable standing spa cove massage station (pictured) and other hydro positions complete your home health spa.
